GINZA DIAMOND SHIRAISHI offers a wide variety of ring designs, and our experienced consultants will help recommend the most suitable options for you. Once you try them on, you may find the look and feel different from what you initially imagined. A wide selection of sample rings is available in-store, so please feel free to try as many as you like.

I don’t know my ring size.
If you visit our store, we will measure your ring size using a ring sizer. As fingers may swell in the evening, our consultants will assess your fit and provide appropriate recommendations.
Can laser engraving be done?
Yes. We offer complimentary engraving at the time of purchase. Typically, couples choose to engrave their anniversary date and initials. Depending on the ring design, engraving options may be limited. Please consult our in-store advisors for details.
Can I choose the ring material?
In addition to platinum, we also offer materials such as K18 yellow gold and K18 rose gold. You can choose your preferred combination or change the material according to your design preference.

Can “Secret Stone” be set?
Yes. The “Secret Stone,” set on the inside of the ring as a hidden symbol of your private message, is a popular choice. Many customers select birthstones or gemstones with special meaning to be set inside their rings. Pricing varies depending on the stone chosen, so please consult our advisors for details.

Where are the diamonds sourced from?
GINZA DIAMOND SHIRAISHI sources diamonds through its office in Belgium and India, where expert gemologists carefully select only stones that meet strict quality standards for bridal jewelry.

Do diamonds come with a grading certificate?
At GINZA DIAMOND SHIRAISHI, engagement ring center diamonds (0.25ct and above) come with a grading certificate issued by trusted institutions such as GIA, Sarine, DGL, or CGL.
Can I purchase just a diamond?
Yes. You can purchase only a diamond. if you decide to create a ring later, you can then choose your preferred design, and we will craft it through our semi-custom service.

When can I receive the rings after purchase?
As we use a semi-custom system, delivery takes about 4 to 6 weeks after ordering. Some designs may be available sooner, so please let us know if you are in a hurry.

We offer cleaning services free of charge and welcome your visit. Even if you do not bring your warranty card, we can still provide the service by verifying the engraving inside the ring.

Processing and repairs for products purchased at GINZA DIAMOND SHIRAISHI stores in Japan cannot be carried out at DIAMOND SHIRAISHI stores in Taiwan.

To ensure you can wear your ring comfortably for a lifetime, we offer a lifetime care service called “Craftsman Support,” which includes essential maintenance such as resizing and remaking.
