GINZA DIAMOND SHIRAISHI provides lifelonG support for precious engagement and wedding rings, offering unlimited maintenance and a lifetime warranty service.
Ring resizing
Adjusts the ring size according to the wearer’s finger. (Within the specified range only.)
※ Not applicable to some products.
Cleaning & maintenance
Dirt is removed using an ultrasonic cleaner to restore the ring’s original shine. The service takes approximately 15 minutes in-store.
※ If there are minor scratches on the surface, polishing service is also available. Please note that waiting times may be longer during busy periods.
Repair (deformation/bending)
Restores rings that have become deformed or bent to their original shape.
Diamond tightening/repair
Checks whether the diamond is loose or wobbling in the setting, and securely fixes and repairs it if needed.
Matte finish restoration
Restores the matte finish on rings that have lost their texture due to wear and friction.
※ This service is only available for customers whose rings originally had a matte finish at the time of purchase.
Nano coating
Applies a nano-scale coating that helps prevent dirt and stains from adhering to the ring.
※ This service is only available for customers whose rings originally received nano coating at the time of purchase.
If polishing or refinishing is performed repeatedly, the metal layer will gradually become thinner, placing some strain on the ring.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider carefully before requesting this service.

Important notes
※ Replacement with a new item is a paid service.
※ Ring resizing is subject to size limitations. If it exceeds the adjustable range, a paid replacement will be required.
※ For repairs requiring diamond resetting or additional metal, material costs will be charged separately.
※ Some products are not covered by the above warranty services. We appreciate your understanding. For any inquiries, please consult our in-store advisors.
Services for Yellow Gold & Rose Gold materials
Repair, resizing, and maintenance services for Yellow Gold and Rose Gold are the same as those for Platinum products.
For Yellow Gold, ring resizing is available within ±2 sizes.
(Note: If resizing exceeds the applicable range, the ring will be replaced with a new one, and replacement is a paid service.)
Rose Gold rings cannot be resized and may only be replaced with a new item.
If the original design includes a matte finish, re-matte finishing will be provided free of charge.
