A new bond is formed through wedding rings. We were invited by our customers to attend their wedding, creating truly joyful and happiness-filled memories.
They were a very mature and composed couple. When I met them, it was shortly after I had just started working at GINZA DIAMOND SHIRAISHI. After inviting them to sit down, I introduced the story behind our wedding rings and explained our “secret wish” service, which allows a “secret language stone” to be set inside the ring, symbolizing a message one wishes to convey to their partner. In the end, they chose a beautifully crafted pair of wedding rings.
A few weeks later, I received very happy news. That couple invited me to attend their wedding! Without hesitation, I gladly accepted. Then, on the long-awaited wedding day, during the ring exchange ceremony, the guests passed the wedding ring from person to person like a relay baton. One by one, it was handed along until it finally reached the couple’s hands—creating a “ring relay race” as part of their ceremony. I also joined in this chain of blessings and witnessed, up close, the moment that sealed their eternal bond. Inside the wedding rings, the “secret wishes” that the couple had kept hidden from each other until the wedding day were finally revealed. The groom’s message to the bride was a “Red Cherry Diamond — gratitude and protection,” while the bride’s message to the groom was an “Ice Blue Diamond — eternity and happiness.” At the moment these hidden messages were finally unveiled, the couple’s deeply moved expressions left a lasting impression on me.
Through introducing wedding rings to them, we formed a meaningful connection and were even invited to attend their wedding. At their once-in-a-lifetime celebration of love, the pair of rings appeared almost like the “main characters” of the day. I felt truly honored. That day became a diamond-like, precious memory. I sincerely hope to find rings that bring happiness to every couple in love and recommend them accordingly. This wish has become a source of inspiration, continuing to shine within my heart like a diamond.

The sincere attitude of our customers once again taught us the meaning behind engagement rings.
One day, a young couple visited our store. They looked at both engagement and wedding rings, and after speaking with them, we learned that they were both students. Because of this, their parents were against their marriage, saying they should wait until after entering the workforce.
While discussing their future plans, they happened to step into our store. I explained the meaning behind engagement and wedding rings, as well as how to choose them. They said, “We’re not getting married anytime soon, so it’s too early to buy wedding rings. We’ll come back when the time comes!” and then left the store.
Two weeks later, the young man returned alone. He said, “I understand that wedding rings are bought at the time of marriage. But you told us that an engagement ring is a promise of engagement, right? Even though we can’t get married until we start working in a few years, I know I want to marry her. So I feel I should give her an engagement ring now.”
With that, he brought the money he had earned from his part-time job and carefully chose an engagement ring for his beloved girlfriend.
Through this experience, the customer’s sincere attitude once again taught us, as consultants, the meaning and heartfelt intention behind engagement rings.
